In July, Peter Baumgartner assumed the role of Executive Chairman and CEO following Roger Hall’s decision to step down from his position as CEO.

This gives uniqFEED’s executive team broader mandates, clearer accountability and the authority to act swiftly on the opportunities ahead to further accelerate growth while continuing to provide first-class client services and deepening the company’s technology leadership across global sport.
As Executive Chairman and CEO, Peter brings extensive international leadership experience in building, transforming and scaling global organizations. Having served as Chairman of uniqFEED since 2019, he combines deep knowledge of the company with the commercial discipline, strategic perspective and leadership experience required to guide its next phase.
Patrick Hastings becomes Chief Operating Officer, bringing commercial leadership, day-to-day operations and client delivery together under one executive mandate.
Olivier Fernandez expands his role as Chief Financial & Strategy Officer, combining financial leadership with corporate strategy, strategic partnerships and business development.
David Hasenfratz continues as Chief Technology Officer with an expanded mandate across technology, research and innovation, connecting the continued advancement of uniqFEED’s current platform with the developments shaping the future of virtual advertising.
Co-founder Ralf Dragon will continue to guide the company’s future technology direction as Chief Scientific Officer and Strategic Board Advisor, guiding the business to lead the next industry transformation towards personalized and programmatic advertising.
