Roger is the CEO and a self-confessed sports fanatic with 20+ years of experience in the industry as a broadcaster and a pioneer of the virtual advertising sector. Football is his number one sport and, against all medical advice, he’s still playing the game!

Based in Zurich, Roger brings a global network and perspective to uniqFEED having worked in Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, and Middle East North Africa. Free time is focused on family, travel and of course more sport.

Olivier is responsible for Finance, Human Resources,  Investor Relations, and Legal Affairs at uniqFEED and tries to spare his management colleagues from boring numbers and paperwork. Additionally, he acts as Secretary of the Board of Directors. Olivier has 15+ years of experience across the finance disciplines in international businesses and helped deliver due diligence processes and an IPO. He has his roots in Switzerland and Spain and spends his free time with family and friends, plays tennis or goes hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

When he is not cooking BBQ in his meat smoker or doing outdoor sports with his family, Tom is uniqFEED’s Chief Commercial Officer responsible for leading the company’s revenue growth. A former multi-sport athlete himself, Tom brings a lifetime of passion and over 25 years of international sport marketing experience having contributed to the growth and development of multiple high profile sport properties and events around the globe, especially within Europe and North America.

Patrick has been in live sport broadcasting for over 17 years, 11 years of that specifically in virtual advertising. He has personally delivered over 400 live VR advertising matches, and has managed both commercially and operationally 2000 plus events. An Australian born and bred, currently residing in Sydney, he drinks coffees black and beers cold.

David is the CTO of uniqFEED and is responsible for the AdApt product – uniqFEED’s purely software-based virtual advertising solution. David grew up in Bern, Switzerland, and moved later to Zurich to study at ETH Zurich where he received his BSc/MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology.

David loves technology and sports. In the past an avid football player for clubs in Bern and Zurich, nowadays he can be found on the tennis court improving his shots.

Ralf works as CSO and head of the broadcast analysis team from Hannover and Zurich. Before co-founding uniqFEED, he was postdoc at the Computer Vision Lab at the ETH Zürich. Earlier, he finished his PhD in visual object motion analysis and segmentation at the LUH Hannover. His passion is making computer vision systems work from early research to the final product. His hobbies are blitz chess, cycling tours, and scientific gardening.

Though his biggest goal in life was to become a soccer player, Marcel busies himself driving the US business development, managing client relationships whilst spending much of his time creating impactful slide decks.

Marcel grew up eating Fondue and Arroz con Pollo before moving to Manhattan. Outside the office, he embraced the NY lifestyle (brunch, parks, and beer) though a perfect day for him still starts with coffee and includes playing soccer and the great outdoors.

Kristina has 13+ years of experience in multi-sports event, marketing, and project management on a local and global scale for rightsholders, organizing committees, sponsors, broadcasters, agencies, B2B & B2C brands, (tech) suppliers & teams. At uniqFEED she manages partnerships in various sports and regions.

Outside of work, you can find her doing sports and volunteering for the Red Cross, the Trinidad & Tobago FIS Cross Country Team, and on the Board of the FIFA Master Alumni Association.

Sabine is uniqFEED’s Head of Business Delivery. She studied Communication and Media Studies at the University of Zurich and worked as a Marketing Project Manager in the Consulting industry before joining uniqFEED. Sabine is Mexican but was born and raised in Switzerland. Outside of the office, she is happiest at the beach reading a book, exploring New York City, or surrounded by friends and Mexican food.

Paula was born and raised in Berlin, Germany, and started her career path in the hotel industry, before making the move to Zurich.

Her passion for people motivated her to start a continuing education in Human Resources. Paula enjoys the variety of her role as HR Manager, working for and with the team, making improvements to the teams’ work life, and learning new skills every day. In her free time, Paula loves to travel and explore new places with her family.
